I need some fashion advice.
Pink is my favorite color. So a few years ago when pink was all the rage I bought this pink leather jacket.
My question is can I still wear it this spring, or is it just tacky and dated? Usually I’m pretty good at knowing when it’s time to dump a worn out trend from my wardrobe. But I’m a little blinded by the pink. As far as I’m concerned anything that’s pink can’t be bad.
So tell me ladies, pink leather jacket, in or out?
I am NOT your person for fashion advice. If I like it, I wear it….
But I was thinking that scarves are so trendy right now that you might be able to accessorize your pretty pink jacket. I know lime green seems to be the “big” color right now. And the scarves come in lots of wonderful textures.
I am not a big fan of too much pink. I do have some FAB coach patent leather pink ballet flats.
I like Lori’s suggestion. Try breaking it up a bit with a scarf in colors other than pink…definitely go with something that has a pattern.
🙂
I am the worst person to ask! I wear all kinds of things that don’t even match! I would wear it cause pink is my favorite color too!

Well, I wear bright colors even if they aren’t trendy–so, grain of salt, maybe, but people generally appreciate my outfits, so…
I think the scarf idea is a good one–lime, as mentioned, or orange, or red, or purple, or turquoise…
Also unzipped, with a black outfit underneath should work, I think.

Fashion is not my forte, but I think it’s all about how you wear something. If you wear it with confidence and obvious enjoyment, you can almost pull anything off. I say, you go girl!

Well, Stacy & Clinton, would probably agree with the “break it up” advice.
Feminine detail is in this Spring. Accessories with your favorite way to be feminine. A brooch. A scarf. A rosette.
Or, there is this yard sale I am prepping for…

The black tee shirt with a green clip-on tie would work.
