We are almost all over this horrible cold that swept through the whole house. It’s been over two weeks since it started, and some of us are still recovering.
We were all well enough to finally carve our pumpkin the night before Halloween.
This was Wade’s first year joining in.
David helped clean the insides out of the pumpkin. He wanted to know if the pumpkin could “feel his guts being taken out?” Boys!
Wade was curious.
He finally got brave, and put his hand inside the gooeyness.
Then he tried to eat it. Guess he couldn’t wait for the roasted pumpkin seeds.
Here Wade is laughing after we caught him trying to eat the scrapings from the pumpkin.
I just like this photo.
We usually don’t use knives this close to our children.
Here’s David with our Jack-o-lantern.
My fave is the photo of Wade laughing.
Looks like they had fun watching the carving!
i love the pic of dave with the knife…i love david’s expression, like “dad, are you sure you know what you’re doing there?” haha! cute pics! wade is getting so big. he is adorable.
