Have you seen these gingerbread men marshmallows from Jet-Puffed?
They’re so cute! I couldn’t pass them up when I saw them on the shelf at the grocery store.
I used them to decorate a batch of Cream Cheese Gingerbread Bars.
They’re also yummy to snack on right out of the bag.
The only problem? They’re so adorable you sort of feel bad eating the poor little things.
Those are so cute. I would probably eat the whole bag in one sitting though.
I will have to find some. I hear my hot chocolate calling to them.

Sadly, I’m at a point in my life where I would take a perverse pleasure in eating them…just the heads, mind you…after having named each of them after a person who has recently irritated me!
But, that might be just me…?
I just had some in a cup of hot chocolate. It was oh-so-fabulous! What a nice twist on the flavor of the hot chocolate! These little gems are so good right out of the bag. My kids and I LOVE them. I think they are my new favorite marshmallow.

Hey!!! A girl I work with and I had a long discussion one night about these gingerbread men marshmallows. She said a friend of hers tried to use them in place of regular marshmallows in rice krispie treats, and they were disgusting…LOL Besides hot cocoa and gingerbread bar decoratios, what could one possibly use these for???? I say we have an online contest for most creative way to use…lol…what do you think????? I was thinking something with a lemon icing or filling or sauce or something…who knows???
