Well, as dreaded and predicted last week, I caught the boys’ cold.
I don’t feel good, I’m tired and I was taking six hour cold medicine every four hours. Oops. No wonder I felt so funny. Anyway, I’m a little out of it, and probably should not be supervising small children.
I noticed this afternoon that Wade looked different, but I couldn’t figure it out. Is his face fuller? Did he grow? Maybe it’s the drugs.
Then just now David informs me that while I was parenting from the couch today he trimmed the front of Wade’s hair.
“It was getting a little long, so I cut it before it got in his eyes.”
Oddly it doesn’t look that bad, and Wade still has both ears and eyes. I checked.
I was going to take Wade to get his hair cut tomorrow.
I guess David just saved me $12.95.
too funny!! love your nonchalant attitude! 🙂 it’s a necessity in motherhood !!
Oh my goodness!! LOL
I hope you feel better!
I go through the same thing with my son who is 3. Every time he catches I cold, I get it then my husband gets it. When he is feeling good and way overactive we are both a hot mess, parenting from bed. Hope you feel better soon.
