Weekday mornings all always crazy trying to get my seven year-old up, dressed, fed and out the door by 7:25 to catch the bus. I have a two year-old who wakes up in the middle of my older son’s chaotic morning routine, and needs breakfast too.
Cereal is fast, but neither one of my boys really like cereal. They prefer a hot breakfast, but I don’t have time to cook eggs and sausage on school days. These Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls are a great alternative.
The Breakfast Bread Bowls filled with sausage, egg and cheese go from the freezer to microwave to table in about two minutes.
I just added sides of fresh strawberries and glasses of milk to make a balanced meal.
Their small size makes them perfect for little hands, and if we’re every running really late I can wrap one up in a napkin and my son can take it “to go” to the bus stop.

“Chaotic morning routing” – that is an understatement in our house.
Those strawberries look so good. Perfect bread bowl sidekick. 🙂
