School starts in just a few days, so we’re trying to cram in as much end of summer fun as we can. Even though last week was a busy one for our family, we still managed to fit in a special meal and family game night.
I threw together a Dip Dip Hooray dinner inspired by Heinz. It couldn’t be any easier or more kid-friendly.
I found everything we needed at Walmart for our Dip Dip Hooray dinner. Tyson Chicken Nuggets, Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Fries and Heinz Ketchup for dipping, of course, were our main menu items.
I added some carrots and ranch dip to get the boys to eat their veggies. We finished it off with some mini donuts for dessert.
Dip Dip Hooray was a hit.
What kid doesn’t like dipping stuff in ketchup?
Everyone got their own special, little dipping cups.
I loved our Dip Dip Hooray meal, because there was no complaining from the kids about eating dinner, and it was so simple and mess free to get ready.
The quick meal prep left plenty of time even on a busy day for a few games of Connect Four from Hasbro.
My oldest loved the game. The youngest isn’t quite old enough to play by himself, but he made a good teammate.

Looks like fun was had by all! Love the picture of my sweet nephews enjoying the dipping party.
How fun! I remember playing Connect Four when I was a kid!
