Awww, LOVE THIS! Such a good post about exactly how this season feels. Well done!-The Dose Girls
You have written what I’ve been trying to say, but more poetically and beautifully. Spring is in full on mode here in New England and I smile every time my daughter picks me a dandelion, thinking it’s an exotic flower. And every time I see people in t-shirts getting ice cream cones at the Soft Serve, I smile even more. We waited a long time but it’s here.
Oh I love these too!!! Can’t wait for summer…so many of these days coming! My fav? Spraying your brother with the hose days!
This is awesome! Great job, Colleen.
I can’t wait for real summer weather – I just wish there were no bees (I hate, hate, hate, hate, bees! That’s the only bad thing about summer!).
I guess I’ll have another year of trying to conquer my fear, and trying to enjoy the wonderful sunny weather. 🙂 I’ll just have to do a lot of swimming, because they don’t like water. 🙂 Hehe, I’m outsmarting the bees.

What a great poem! I love dandelions and all things spring! 🙂
That’s a nicely written poem. 😉 Dandelions remind me of springtime! It looks like nature’s welcome mat.
Love it! You just reminded me how much I can’t wait for summer! 🙂
