Avengers: Age of Ultron Prize Pack Giveaway

Avengers fans assemble! I have an awesome giveaway for you if Iron Man and Captain America are some of your favorite superheros.

Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters May 1st. My boys talk about it all the time. They’re even dressing up in their superhero costumes and having battles all over the house. A Captain America shield came flying through the kitchen the other day, hit me in the head and almost took out the family dog. True story.

David and Wade go crazy for anything Avengers related, and they totally noticed all the Avengers-themed products on the shelves at Meijer when we visited last weekend. Kellogg’s®, NESTLÉ® NESQUIK®, and Dr. Pepper are all offering limited edition Avengers: Age of Ultron packages and inserts for products like Corn Flakes, Cheez Its and Eggo waffles. If you sign-up for Meijer mPerks, you can even clip coupons for extra savings on some Avengers merchandise.

My boys thought the Cheez Its were really cool, because they’re stamped with symbols like Thor’s hammer, the Hulk’s fist and Iron Man’s mask. It used the Cheez Its to make snack mix. avengerssnackmix2Here’s what you need:

5 cups Crispix cereal

5 cups Sunshine Cheeze Its Limited Edition Avengers: Age of Ultron crackers

5 cups of pretzel sticks

3 cups garlic flavored croutons

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cereal, crackers, pretzels and croutons. Stir remaining ingredients together, pour over cereal mixture. Stir until well-coated. Spread mixture on large cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.avengerssnackmix1

  40. LOL, I have no clue! I’ve heard of the Hulk, but the other two? I couldn’t pick them out of a police lineup. It’s my kid who’s the Avengers fan around here.

  61. my sons favorite avenger is cap. America, he likes to call me the hulk as we battle the forces of evil….gotta love being a 3 yr old, this prize would really make his day, week, possibly year.
