If you’re looking for a unique way for your family to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, head to Greenfield Village in Dearborn for the Civil War Remembrance May 28-30.

You’ll find yourself immersed in an engaging history lesson as you encounter Union and Confederate soldiers, walk through a Civil War army camp, observe the Calvary and listen to 1860s era music. The Village brings to life this pivotal time in our nation’s history when 750,000 Americans made the ultimate sacrifice. Exhibits, presentations, battle tactic demonstrations, hands-on activities and historians will provide in-depth educational opportunities.
