First you’ll need a box of the special St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms. I found them at Walmart. All the marshmallows are green shamrocks. It comes in chocolate and in the original flavor. I figured why get regular when you can have chocolate?

Then you’ll need a 10 oz. package of marshmallows and three tablespoons of butter. You make these just like Rice Krispie Treats, by melting the marshmallows and butter together, then stirring in the cereal. Next press the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. When cool, cut into squares and you have a really fun St. Patrick’s Day dessert.

St.Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Treats Recipe

Ingredients

6 cups of St. Patrick’s Edition Lucky Charms

10 oz. of marshmallows

3 TBS. of butter.

Directions

Grease a 9×13 pan.

In a large, heavy pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and immediately stir in cereal. Press mixture into greased 9×13 pan and serve when cooled.
